If electrical impulses that are sent from one neuron to another inside our brain trigger the mechanism that causes an idea or an image to manifest in our field of awareness, then this painting is a humble attempt to show a microscopic aspect of that amazing process.

Most of us are constantly flooded with ideas and concepts that travel through a galaxy of realms inside our bodies and which remain completely unknown, unchartered but always magical. How the brain and the heart communicate with each other to insure that the rest of our system functions and excels moment to moment is an awesome, perplexing wonder to me !!

The gift of imagination is a true blessing, and thanks to DNA and its divine blueprint, we are capable of conceiving infinite time-space-matter notions that, inherently, have the wonderful potential to manifest and give meaning to our brief existence.

This image is an attempt to celebrate the joy and the privilege of imagination manifested.

After travelling to various cities in the eastern part of Germany, Vienna, Venice, Florence and Paris, I came home feeling so overwhelmed not only physically but also mentally, spiritually and artistically. All of my senses were then and continue to be liberated and deliciously SATURATED by the RICHNESS one comes to find at every corner in the old continent. This painting is about a feeling of nourishment borne of my experiences, encounters, sights, sounds, artful moments and above all, the people who crossed my path and entered my life during this journey through Europe.

The flooding of my senses and all the art I was able to witness allow me to continue evolving and exploring for the truth and the beauty that both art and people make possible.
